CHEF GERARD

Established in 2001, GERARD VIVERITO began consulting work with caterers, chefs, restaurants and venues. To this day, he creates bespoke events—from concept, styling, menu design and vendor brokering—as well as other industry related focus areas.

Gerard believes in sound community care and often accepts requests to act as host or culinary chair for charitable, educational, and gala events. After all, if you live in a community that supports you, why not give support back to it?

Gerard Viverito Catering uses only the freshest ingredients such as farm fresh produce, line caught and sustainable seafood, hormone and antibiotic free prime meats, free-range poultry, artisan breads, farmstead cheeses, as well as seasonal and organic tree and vine-ripened fruits. Our foods are prepared the day of your event and certainly never frozen.
